X Out Exclusion! is the solution to one of the nation’s worst economic downturns. Created by CEO, Risha Grant, X Out Exclusion! Inc. addresses the issue of diversity as a stimulant for economic growth. This movement will benefit our state both intrinsically and economically by embracing inclusion and creating ways to utilize diversity to impact our economy.
X Out Exclusion! is how real change takes place in challenging times. In the wake of one of our nation’s most debilitating economic downturns, it is necessary to find innovative approaches to bolster our shaky economy. It is time to put aside our differences and push for a collaborative paradigm shift.
Our company was formed as a means of support for our flagship project, OUR Oklahoma. However, we soon discovered that X Out Exclusion! could be a catalyst for change and economic benefit throughout the United States. And a movement was designed.
Now, as an effort to promote Oklahoma as a shining example of success, we will accept the notion that cultural, social and ethnic diversity is an underutilized asset in our state and in our nation. We will use this knowledge as leverage to develop strategies to promote a positive perception of our state’s culturally rich environment, and make it our goal to endorse diversity’s inherent ability to produce beneficial results for the economy.
Our mission is to expose diversity as a strategy to empower our communities with education, awareness and resources that create economic advantage throughout the United States.
Our vision is to be recognized as a national leader in broadening the awareness of how economic advantage for our states, cities, communities, businesses and youth can be created through diversity.
